Digital Portraits
Digital Portraits are turned around within 2-5 business days and are available worldwide. They are delivered via email.
Shipping Portrait Prints
Orders are estimated to arrive approximately 2 weeks from when photo is receive. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. If you need your order before a certain date please contact me and I'll do my best to assist. Please note due to COVID-19 the shipping times may take slightly longer than usual. Below is an estimated lead time:
Illustration: 2-5 business days
Printing: 1-3 business days
Shipping (Standard): Metro – 3-5 business days, Country 5-11 business days
Shipping (Express): Next business day
Shipping Internationally: 2-3 weeks
International Shipping
It is recommended to order Digital Prints so as to receive them immediately and without costly shipping. Although physical framed prints are available to order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of all of the products we produce at Inky Pet, we are unable offer refunds as each artwork is designed specifically for you and your pet. For Portrait Prints we will send you a proof preview before going to print to ensure you are happy with the colour, name and placement of the artwork. Each illustration will be based on the supplied photo, any change of mind to resupply a different photo will incur a redesign fee.
In the rare instance where you have received the wrong product, an incorrect print size, or your item was damaged it transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order we’ll immediately work with you to make it right.
