Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via email, simply reply to the email with an attachment of your pet's photo. Please keep an eye out in your junk mail but if you do not receive the email within 10 minutes of your purchase please reach out to me at chelsea-barry@outlook.com

Yes! They don't require being in the same photo either - Floofsy can create magic and merge them together in the same print!

Yes! To ensure you are happy with the portrait, Floofsy will send a digital proof via email for your review before going to print to sign off on the colour, name and placement of the artwork. Each illustration will be based on the supplied photo, any change of mind to resupply a different photo will incur a redesign fee.

For Digital Portraits the turn around is 2-5 business days and your product will be emailed to you. For Portrait Prints we estimate orders to arrive approximately 2 weeks from when we receive your photo. Delivery times may vary from time to time eg. during sale or holiday periods. If you need your order before a certain date please contact me and I'll do my best to assist. Please note due to COVID-19 the shipping times may take slightly longer than usual.
